The Death of Kim's Jong Nam

The intended audience for the article about the Korean brothers is the general public. ABC wrote the article to provide information about a possible suspect for the murder of Kim Jong Nam. Kim Jong Un is currently still ruling North Korea and has a lot of connections between North and South Korea.
The author states how Kim Jong Nam and Kim Jong Un weren't aware of what each other have been doing lately since they haven't had any contact. Kim Jong Nam has tried to leave North Korea numerous times to get away from North Korea since he didn't wanna be there anymore. Since Kim Jong Un was ruling and Kim Jong Nam was continually trying to escape North Korea; it was possible that something like this was bound to happen.
The author provides statements such as "The astonishing killing, which reportedly came at the hands of two female assassins, set off waves of speculation over whether North Korea had dispatched a hit squad to kill a man known for his drinking, gambling and complicated family life." This provides the knowledge that North Korea isn't sure if North Korea had initiated the murder of Kim Jong Nam or if it was something else. The article also states that "The other possibility that cannot be ruled out is that of North Korean elites, who are competing against each other to show their loyalty to Kim Jong Un, making a move against Kim Jong Nam." This line provides evidence that North Koreans may have been trying to prove loyalty to Kim Jon Un at Kim Jon Nam's expense. I think that these statements show that the author thinks that North Korea is responsible for Kim Jong Nam's murder since some people wanted to show loyalty, he kept trying to escape, and South Korea even provided a letter from Kim Jong Un saying that he hoped that North Korea would stop trying to kill his brother. South Korea also provided evidence that the NIS had intuition about North Korea trying to kill Kim Jong Nam but they couldn't prove it. Kim Jong Un's family have even said that there is some reasons to believe that Kim Jong Un would set up Kim Jong Nam but they wouln't be able to prove it. Alot of people assume that Kim Jong Un had something to do with the murder but no body can seem to prove it. Even though the police arrested the two Malaysian girls, the police are still investigating.
I think that the authors are somewhat credible since they were so close to the investigation, family and all the events surrounding North and South Korea. I personally love articles like these since I think their very interesting. I think that articles like these like to try to leave us on cliff hangers just to come back and see if they found out more about what had happened. I agree with the author about how they indirectly state numerous times that Kim Jong Un had something to do with the murder. Some evidence doesn't make sense to me but I still think that Kim Jong Un had some say in it somewhere in the time frame. even though no one can prove that he did or didn't initiate the assassination of Kim Jong Nam; everyone is going to have their own opinion about it.
